THE FIRM

CTA LLP, is a civil litigation defense firm with offices in Irvine and Riverside, California and practicing throughout Southern California. Established in 1986, our attorneys combined have decades of experience meeting the litigation challenges presented by our clients in both state and federal courts. Since it’s inception CTA LLP has been a general personal injury defense firm with an emphasis on the defense of medical malpractice cases.

As a mid-sized firm, our attorneys have developed a practice based on large-firm quality without large-firm bureaucracy. Unlike large firms throughout Southern California, CTA LLP is not a multi-layered law firm. Our firm consists of only two layers—our lawyers and our clients. By eliminating the gap between our lawyers and our clients, we are more accessible and available to discuss the case, provide accurate and complete answers to legal questions, and develop the personal and professional relationships that serve as the foundation of our legal representation.

CTA LLP concerns itself not only with handling our clients' litigation needs, but also with educating our clients on how to avoid litigation or minimize its impact. Within our fields of expertise, our attorneys are exceptionally qualified to aggressively litigate all issues. We are proud of our excellent trial record, and equally proud of our record for eliminating frivolous or meritless claims at early stages to avoid unnecessary expense to our clients. We customize creative and innovative litigation approaches to resolve disputes through the most cost effective and successful means possible. We do not follow a preset pattern to litigation, and our approach is designed to meet the specifics of each case.

CTA LLP works to educate their clients to avoid potential liability. Through group seminars and personalized presentations for our clients we strengthen their knowledge of the law as it pertains to their day to day operations and assist them in avoiding lawsuits. The firm offers it's clients training on specific risk management issues, conducting investigations, collecting evidence, and dealing with litigation once it arises. By sharing our knowledge base with our clients, we seek to avoid their exposure to liability before it develops.
